先週はALEXコーチが全てのグループのプレーを見れました。
これで一人一人とグループのレベルをイメージ出来ました。
「全体的に任されたポジショニングを守ろうという意識があるけどそのポジションでどうすればいいかまだわかっていない。場所に立つだけのケースが多い。ボールがきてから次のプレーを考え出すからチームの動きが崩れるか遅れる」と言っていた。「みんなが個人スキルもあるから頑張ったらすぐにレベルアップできるはず」ことも言っていた。
先週は初めてだったので出てきたミスについてアドバイスをしていました。そのアドバイスを今週も生かしてもっといいプレー見せてくださいね！
今週からプレーの組み立て方について練習します。みんなの動きとプレーでの関わりについて詳しく説明するから集中して色々吸収しようね！
ビーチサッカーもあるからそこは個人的に鍛えようね！

Last week Alex coach could see all the groups.
He could make an idea of the level of all groups and all players.
He said that, in general, all players are aware of their positions, but in many cases, they just stand in the place and they don’t know what to do. They also think in the next play after receiving the ball, and then it is too late. But he also said that you all have good skills, so if you work well you should level up soon.
Last week was his first time so he just made some advices about the misses you committed. Be aware of this advices and let’s try to do it better!
This week, we will work about how to start the play and all the moves you need to get involved in the play. Pay attention and do your best!
We also have some beach trainings, let’s work some skills there!
