今週は逆だった。月曜日のグループはちゃんと練習できたのに木曜日のグループはできてなかった。
集中力と激しさはよかったと思うけど木曜日グループのプレーの内容はよくなかったと思う。みんなボールほしくて仲間からうばってまでとりにいくことないよ。仲間から絶対にボールをとらないよ。ボールをもらえるスペースをさがしてボールを頼もう！月曜日のグループはしっかりできるようになっているみたいからこの調子で続けよう！
Today was different as usually. Monday group trained very well but Thursday  group wasn’t so good.
Concentration and intensity were not bad, but play was not good. You can’t never take the ball from your mate. I know you want the ball, but just spread out, look for a space to receive the ball and call for it. Monday group did very well so I want them to keep like this!

このグループはよくできていると思う。楽しさの激しさのバランスをよく取れていい練習をしている。
プレーに関しては早いペースでのボール回しをできてきたと思う。逆にあせったせいでミスするときもあるから、少しずつミスを減らしていく。続けて頑張ろう！
This group is working very well. You are getting well the balance between fun and serious training, so you are working hard while having fun, what is very important. このカテゴリーはとてもいい練習をできている。どのグループでも頑張ってくれている。
少しずつ自信もって個人でもプレーしだした選手もいるから一歩進んだと思う。パスでつないだほうがあいてチームを走らせるけど一人で勝負したほういいときもある。その選択肢をうまくとれる選手になろう！
This category is working very well. All the groups are doing well.
Many players got confidence and are trying indivudual plays sometimes. I think it is very important to pass the ball and make the opponent run, but sometimes you have to challenge and try 1 vs1 to surprise the opponent. Become a player who can choose well anytime the right decision!

●JUVENIL U15
２対１、３対２、４対３という有利のあるプレーをやっているけど少しずつよくなっていると思う。
ゴールをけっこう入っているけど１０回で８ゴールという確率を狙ってほしい。まだもうちょっと足りないと思う。単純なプレーではなく、敵をおどろかせる動きをしないといけない。自分で考えて今度も見せてほしい。
できるようになったらプレーを有利のないプレーをやっていくから頑張ろう！

I think you are getting much better at plays where you have advantage, as 2vs1, 3vs2, 4vs3. You are scoring much more goals than before, but still not enough. You have to achieve 8 goals out of 10chances. To achieve it, you can’t make simple moves, you need to surprise your oponent. Think of some moves that you can do, and put it on practice next time.
