Very bad today. Bad concentration.
It can’t be that you do it well once and bad the next. You have to do it well everytime.
As I told you many other times, you can talk and play with your mates during breaks and before/after the training. When we are training or coaches are explaining, just listen.
If you don’t fix it, you will not play games.
Let’s do it well next time.

今回はダメでした。このグループはとてもいいプレーする時があれば、とてもダメな練習する時もある。
何回も言っているけど、毎回ちゃんとしないといけない。　練習前後と休憩の間なら仲間と喋ったり、遊んだりしてもいいけど、練習中、コーチ話している時に静かに。
ちゃんとしないとゲームはしません。
次回から集中して頑張ろう！

●CADETE (U12)
Good training again. Good intensity and high speed play.
I want you to shoot more when you have the chance, but think of the way to reach the goal if you can not shoot. Spread out and open the middle space for another mate. About taking the back of the defender, need to find the perfect timing with the one who has the ball and run.
During the match, good passes even in a narrow space, but you can and need to spread out more.

今回もよかったと思う。激しく、速いスピードでプレーできていると思う。
チャンスがあったら遠慮なくシュート。無理ならゴールまで行く方法を考えよう。
広がって、真ん中の選手のためにスペースを空けるとか。
また、ディフェンスの裏を取る時にボールを持っている仲間とのタイミングをもっと合わせないといけない。
これからもっと裏狙おうね。
試合の時に狭いスペースでもパスをうまくまわせている。それでもぎりぎりまでもっと広がってほしいね。
