先週は雨の日が多かったね。切り替えて今週からまた頑張ろう。
先週、Ｕ８・Ｕ１０・Ｕ１５の練習はとてもよかったと思う。複雑なトレーニングをできてくれているけど、最初に練習を理解できるまでちょっと時間かかってしまう。もう一度言うけど、分からないまま練習に入らないで。分からないことがあれば、何度でもコーチに聞いてください。じゃないと、練習をうまくできなくて意味がなくなる。うまくなりたいならただ言われたことをやるのではなく、理解したあとに入ってください！絶対にうまくなるよ！今回のＵ１２の練習だけは良くなかったと思う。全員ではないけどサッカーはチームだから一人でもしっかりできないとチームもちゃんとできなくなる。プレーに関してはいいプレー見せてくれるけど、一つ一つの練習個所では時間かかりすぎるし、理解せずに練習に入る選手が多い。次の段階は中学生なのでＵ１２しっかりできないと次のレベルに進むのは難しくなるよ。コーチのためではなく、自分のためにもっと集中してしっかりと取り組んで頑張ってください。サッカー選手は足でボールをうまく蹴れるだけではない。頭もしっかりしている人だけ選手までいける。頭にいれて来週から頑張ってください！

U8,U10,U12 training was quite good. You could do complex trainings, but also, it takes too much for you to understand it at the begining. As I said may times before, ask me anytime, all the times you need if you don’t understand anything. If you just do the training without understanding it, you won’t become better. So please, ask and think of what you are doing! U12 was not good this time. Not all of you, but this is a team, and if just one of you doesn’t train well, the whole team goes wrong. You can do good plays, but it takes too much you for you between exercises. you need to do it smoother. Too many players train without understanding or even without listening the explanations properly. You will become junior high school junior soon, and that level is quite harder than this. If you don’t concentrate and train harder, it will be difficult for you. Don’t do it for coaches, do it for you! Think of it and let’s work hard!
