テマ　>　戦術　(TEMA > TACTICS)

先週はすべてのグループのプレーがよかった。激しさもよかったし、パスやコントロルのミスがちょっと減ったと思う。しかし、あせってしまう時が多い。ボールをうばってすぐに攻撃狙っている。すぐに攻撃できる状況ならすぐにしてほしいけどすぐにしないほうがいいいときもある。うしろに出して逆サイドからスペースを探したほうがいい時などもある。これから状況とテンポについてもっと考えよう。テンポは状況によるプレースピード。いつスピードをあげるか、いつスピードを落としてボールをまわすか、自分でわかるようになってほしい。今週も頑張ろう！

All the groups played well last week. Good intensity and less pass and control misses. However, you rush too much many times. When you get the ball from the opponent, your first decision is to atack inmidiately. If the situation is good, that would be the best options, but it is not always so. Sometimes is better to pass back and look for spaces from the othe side. From now on, I want you to think more about the situation and tempo. Tempo is the playspeed depending on the situation. When to speed-up, or when to slow down and pass the ball around. I want you to understand this. Let’s try this week too!
