テマ　>　戦術　(TEMA > TACTICS)

今月から２ヵ月間ぐらい戦術の練習をしていきたいと思う。チームとしてでの戦い方。
戦術の練習をうまくできるように内容の理解が必要。サッカーの一番難しいところだと思う。
コーチの説明を理解出来なかったらコーチに聞いてください。コーチが何回でも説明するから。
分からないまま、絶対に練習に入らないでください。練習が止まってしまって練習じゃなくなる。
正直にいうと、今週の練習をみたら全体的によくなかったと思う。今回は集中ややる気の問題ではなく、理解の問題。どういう動きをしないといけない？どのタイミングで？何でその動きをしている？この３つの質問を自分で考えて答えれたら、その時理解できたといえる。今回は月曜日のＵ８とＵ１０のボール回しがよかったけどまだ完全に理解していないと思う。Ｕ１２とＵ１３は理解していると思うけど体の準備やもらうタイミングまだたりてないと思う。練習を重ねて少しずつレベルアップしよう！サッカー選手になりたいなら、この練習を大事にして！頭の整理して頑張ろう！

We will do ‘tactics’ during 2 months from now. How to work as a team to beat the rival.
To make a good ‘tactics’ training, you need to understand it. This is probably the most difficult part of soccer. So if you don’t understand any point, you can ask coaches anytime! I will explain you all the times you need. But never start the training without understanding it, please.
Honestly, this first week was not so good in general. Not bad concentration or effort, but lack of understanding. What move should I do? At what timing? why this move? If you can answer this questions by yourself, then you understood it and you could do it well. This week, mondays’ U8 and U10 group did good passes, but they still need to understand better why to do it. U12 and U13 understood what to do, but you still need to be ready at anytime, and move to recieve the ball at the best timing. Let’s keep working and level up. If you want to become a professional player, please take this training seriously!
